- Check the flight status as early as you can, and keep monitoring it until it’s landed. We recommend downloading the FLIGHTRADAR24 app as an alternative way to check the live flight statuses.
- At the airport, please park your vehicle maximum of 10 minutes and no earlier than 15 minutes before the stated pick-up time. This allows you to keep the parking charges minimum and not to be late for your customers!
- Write the customer’s name on the name board and walk inside (Nice handwriting) (Super clean name board!)
- Press the “ARRIVED” button in your app once inside the terminal. Not before, or not after, as this button will send an automated text message to the customer with your details.
- Stand at the arrivals with the name board. Seek out for your customers, do not play with your phone as this shows bad body language.
- Always pay for parking at the machine, not at a barrier!
- Don’t ever ask customers to pay for the parking!
- Don’t ever pick up from the drop-off zone!
