- Be polite with the other drivers on the road.
- Do not ask any personal questions under any circumstances – e.g. Where are you from, what do you do for a living?
- Do not get involved in sensitive topics, such as religion, politics, football…
- Do not allow anyone to eat in the car.
- Keep customers updated now and again about the ETA to the arrival of the destination.
