- You must serve passengers with assistance dogs, which can include but are not limited to guide dogs, antianxiety dogs, hearing dogs, etc.
- The customer doesn’t have to show any signs of disability in order for them to have an assistance dog.
- Any other pets have to be inside of a secure kennel, as we do not allow any pets on the lap.
