  • When picking up customers, press the “Arrived” button on your driver app – this will send the text message to the customer. 
  • Don’t call customers earlier than 10 minutes after the pick-up time. We don’t want to make them feeled rushed!
  • The customers have the option to call you directly, via our telephone system.
  • Please be professional when speaking to them. E.g. Good Afternoon, Madam; I am your Carrot Cars driver. I just wanted to check if you are aware that I have arrived. Please do not rush! – or, how can I help you (If they are calling you!)
